Sales & Marketing Assistants

Remote, Part-Time, 3-5 hours per week

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Contact potential customers to offer our team building business acting & improv workshops via LinkedIn, email & cold calling
  • Excel, Google sheets & docs processing
  • Support the Sales Team by performing tasks related to organization & community building
  • Communicate with students, teachers, and theater studios via WhatsApp Business and email (optional)
  • Schedule courses and post on social media (optional)

 

Required Skills

👉 You are a friendly and have a kind personality with great communication, organisation & listening skills

👉 Fluent to native English (mandatory), fluent Spanish and/or Greek speaking and writing skills

👉 Online marketing, sales and/or customer service experience

👉 You are flexible and patient

👉 You have a good LinkedIn profile and LinkedIn network (for the Sales position)

👉 Last but not least: you love theater and you are very motivated to help others discover their passion too!
