Nancy Röder is an actress, theatre maker, and acting teacher who is passionate about helping performers discover their potential, connect with others, and enjoy the creative process. For Nancy, acting is about presence, dialogue, and what each performer brings to the scene.

She began performing at the age of eight in youth theatre, an experience that quickly grew into a lifelong passion. After completing four years of formal acting training at Toneelschool Rotterdam, she started her professional career working in theatre, on camera, and in educational and communication-based performances.

Nancy believes that everyone carries creativity within them. As a teacher, she focuses on creating a supportive and safe space where students can experiment, take risks, and grow, with an emphasis on authenticity, curiosity, and connection.

Alongside teaching and performing, Nancy is active as a theatre maker, collaborating with other artists on meaningful and socially engaged productions. Driven by curiosity and continuous learning, she remains committed to developing her craft and sharing the transformative power of theatre with others.
