Cecilia O’Grady: Theatre Director, Performance Coach, and Facilitator

Cecilia O’Grady is a theatre director and performance coach with over 15 years of experience in artistic education, directing, and group facilitation. She holds a degree in Stage Direction from the Universidad Nacional de las Artes (UNA) and has trained extensively in advanced acting techniques, including the Ivana Chubbuck Technique.

Her approach blends a strong theatrical background with holistic therapeutic practices such as Family Constellations, Biodecoding, and NLP. Through theatre and improvisation, Cecilia helps participants build trust, authenticity, and deeper self-expression in a supportive and engaging environment.

Cecilia’s work focuses on helping students let go of self-judgment and control, allowing intuition, joy, and spontaneity to emerge. By combining technical improv skills with thoughtful pedagogy, she supports participants in developing confidence and discovering their authentic voice.
