Meet Jessica: German Actor Trained in Meisner, Chekhov, and Adler Techniques

Jessica Sy is a German-based actor working between Berlin and Munich.

After completing intensive training in acting techniques including Sigrid Anderson, Chubbuck, Chekhov, Meisner, and Stella Adler, Jessica has built a strong foundation in emotional truth, physical expression, and character development.

Her screen work spans both film and television. She recently appeared in After The Act and is currently shooting the feature film The Refugee, directed by Loukman Ali.

With a background in drama education and anti-discrimination work, Jessica brings depth, empathy, and precision to every role, exploring human complexity with sensitivity and authenticity.
