Heli Pärna — Performer, Director & Creative Workshop Leader

Heli is a performer and director with over 10 years of experience in Brussels’ theater scene. She has directed productions such as Ten by Ten, The Father, and The Taming of the Shrew, and performed with the Brussels Shakespeare Company, English Comedy Club, and Etcetera.

In recent years, she has expanded into stand-up comedy with more than 100 shows across Europe. She has opened for renowned comedians and appeared twice at the Edinburgh Fringe — with her solo show in 2024 and the play Yellow in 2025. She is also the founder and host of the Funny Women Brussels showcase, supporting emerging comedy talent.

Trained at LAMDA, Acting Studio Brussels, and in Chekhov Technique with Lisa Dalton, Heli focuses on authenticity, vulnerability, and creative risk-taking in her workshops. She also leads comedy writing sessions, helping students discover their unique voice.
