Sarah

Sarah is a German-British theatre practitioner, improviser, and communication facilitator. She studied Theatre at Lancaster University in the U.K., completed an M.A. in Devised Theatre at Dartington College of Arts, and spent part of her studies in the theatre program at the University of Colorado Boulder.

She has been teaching and directing theatre since 2000 and has facilitated workshops across Europe and Asia. Sarah co-founded the English-speaking improv group Bake This in Munich and later performed with improv ensembles in China. She has trained with internationally renowned improvisers including Patti Stiles, Joe Bill, Charna Halpern, Lee White, Inbal Lori, and Lisa Rowland.

Sarah specialises in theatre improvisation, devised theatre, Forum Theatre, and applied theatre, creating playful spaces where people build confidence, creativity, and genuine connection.
